Home Inspection
With every home inspection, you get what we like to call, THE WORKS!
We go from top to bottom inspecting everything we can possibly access, from the roof to the crawlspace/basement and everything in between. You're welcome to join us at the inspection, you can be there for the full 4-5 hour inspection, or show up for the last hour. We will be happy to answer any and all questions. We do offer add-on services, such as drone aerial imaging, infrared thermography and sewer camera inspection.
We use the latest technology to ensure we hit every aspect of the home as clearly as possible. We value a good report, and like to be thorough and diligent, and we like to get your report to you by the end of the day!

Pre-Drywall Inspection
With a pre-drywall inspection. We can be there every step of the way, ensuring each system and structure is built as it should be.
We know building a home can be stressful, and we would like to take some of that stress off your shoulders by inspecting everything from breaking ground, installing sewer/septic, installing electrical and for when the walls go up.
While we aren't code inspectors, we can be there to make sure any issues are caught and fixed before the code enforcers try to delay your project.
We know most contractors are great and trustworthy, however, some things can still be overlooked, and we due the diligence to ensure that NOTHING gets missed!
Multi-Family/Apartment Inspection
With every multi-family/apartment inspection, it is very similar to a single family home inspection, we take the same amount of care and have the same attention to detail, this is just for a bigger more elaborate potential investment!
